Candidate - About Us

When you come to Artworkers Republic, you're not just dealing with recruitment or training specialists - though we have plenty of experience of both. You're dealing with people who've worked hands on in studio graphics, design, typography, studio management, print/production and more. Over 100 years' of industry employment between our team has given us the experience to form a clearer picture of your immediate and long term career development.

As a result, our relationships with both those looking for work and those looking for new staff is different. We've researched what you want, and you've told us. It's your insights that have fuelled our philosophy: our aim is to create an environment where you're not just told - you're listened to. You're not just taught - you teach us. And when you're seeking work, you don't do all the legwork - we do our share. In turn, this means we all waste less time. We understand the industry from the inside, this enables us to match your requirements far more easily and effectively, so we cut to the chase on your behalf. We won't send you to an interview without taking the time to understand both your needs, and the needs of the people you will be working for, first.
